Whenever new employees are hired, the training department has a responsibility, along with HR, to train them. Train them on GMP, safety, WHIMS, HR policies, code of conduct etc., etc. Whether it is a 4 h, 8 h, 2-day or more program, chances are at the end of the program 90% of the material will be forgotten.
