Who is a disruptor ?
Anyone who thinks beyond regulations or norms is a disruptor.
Anyone who has the courage to speak up is a disruptor in our culture of politically correct.
Anyone who actually sees the elephant in the room and comment on its odour subjectively (or not) is a disruptor.
Anybody who sees disruptors as a normal and important part of an organization is …a disruptor.

Unfortunately, many disruptors have a tendency to disappear before they have time to write a book.
